Congress is currently reviewing H.R. 7979, the Public Lands Access Restoration Act (PLARA). This SEMA-supported bill offers an incredible opportunity to expand motorized access while holding federal bureaucrats accountable. For too long, red tape and 'silent' closures have stripped away our access, leaving us with confusing maps, artificial barriers, and fewer places to ride without the public ever getting a say.
